Minster FC Girls were launched for the 2019/2020 season and are the first ever girls team for Minster FC and are a fresh team with a great deal of potential and lots of keen players.

Girls’ football

Girls’ and women’s football has seen lots of growth in the media this past year, with there being plenty of progression and an abundance of attention around the recent World Cup with the England Lionesses. At David Bailey, we’re honoured to be a part of the positive growth for girls in sport, and believe girls joining teams should be encouraged in schools and communities. We’re proud to be supporting the next generation of football enthusiasts and look forward to their future success enjoying this beautiful game.

As a Kent based manufacturer, we’re also pleased to be supporting the local Kent community and girls football at the grassroots level.

First home win

The team have already sealed a win when they played their first home game last weekend, beating Tunbridge Invicta Vixens U14 2-0, with goals from Georgia and Cydnee. Congratulations to the team – we are very excited to see how they will do this season. Next weekend they play their first game in the Kent Cup competition and we wish the team the best of luck for the game and the rest of the season.
