Celebrating 30 years as UK fitted furniture manufacturer

2012 is a momentous year for David Bailey Furniture Systems as the UK fitted furniture manufacturer celebrates its 30th anniversary.

Trevor Gillman, Managing Director for David Bailey Furniture Systems, said: “From our humble beginnings manufacturing fitted kitchen furniture we have grown to become one of the largest and most respected suppliers of healthcare furniture, education furniture and veterinary furniture, which is something everyone at David Bailey is truly proud of.

“Despite a tough couple of years, we have stuck by what we do best – providing a seamless, high quality service from furniture production through to installation.

“Thanks to our excellent craftsmanship, attention-to-detail and reliability, we have recently secured a couple of major hospital furniture contracts, which we will be announcing shortly, as well as a number of school refurbishment projects.

“One of our greatest achievements in the last year has been successfully launching into the veterinary furniture market, supplying veterinary surgeries direct with a range of fitted storage units and worktops for vet reception and treatment areas. We are currently completing a chain of veterinary furniture contracts in Kent.

“Another proud moment was going ‘virtual’ with the addition of our first ever virtual tour of fitted education furniture on our website. Customers can now get the ‘David Bailey experience’ without moving an inch, by viewing our virtual tour of school furniture at West Thames College in London.

“It’s been a busy and fruitful 30 years and we look forward to the next 30.”
